Real Tour

After having previously used my trainer with no problems (despite the odd glitch) I am now having trouble connecting my real tour to my laptop. I say trouble, it won't connect at all!
Says ANT device not found. I have checked the dongle and that is working fine.
Incidentally I had to have my hard drive replaced after my Son dropped the laptop and it is now running windows 10 where as before it was running windows 7. I don't know if this is causing the issue? You'd like to think the software would still work on windows 10 though, and I've updated the software to the latest version. I've run the wizard and it confirms the laptop has everything needed to run the software so I am lost....?
Also, when I attempt to load up rides/videos or access any part of the software I get an error message saying no connected to server...
I have no issues with any other software or webstites so I have no idea whats going on, even tried disabling firewalls etc...no joy
Any thoughts?

I'm trying to find software for my old Real Tour trainer, too.

Do you know if it's available online? I can't find it on the Elite site...
