myETraining on Mac

Dear Elite,

I have a Drivo since 8 months, and I have the lifetime subscription voucher that I already redeemed on my account. I have installed myETraining on the mac and.... it does not work! It does not recognize my lifetime subscription.

Moreover, the ANT+ dongle which is included with the trainer is not recognized on the myETraining for mac, and it shows nearbz the ANT box a not-so-nice exclamation mark in a red dot (while it works perfectly with Zwift)

Could you please help me understand how to use my lifetime subscription on the mac also (I also bought the pedaling analisys and nothing works on the mac...) and how to use ANT?

My e-training app (mobile) cannot be installed on a Mac pc.
You need the my e-training Desktop software, that we're going to release in these days.
