I am trying Direto XR with several third party apps (o.s. = windows 10)
Elite and Zwift can drive the tool power dinamically, but I got no luck with TACX software: no matter what the workout power is, the TACX software does not change the Direto XR resistance.
The connection seems solid: I am using Bluetooth for heart meter and Direto XR. In TACX app I see two available connections: One called Direto XR and one called CAD, used to probe cadence. Both are indeed related to Direto XR.
Is Direto XR compatible with TACS?
Has anyone of you managed a succesful connection between them?
Thankx

I have no clue, have you checked also on tacx website if they can control other home trainer than their own?
Zwift, rouvy anc Co are third parties so they should be compatible with any home trainer but I wouldn't be surprised if an app from a home trainer manufacturer would not be able to control other brands.

If you're not a heavy user of erg mode and aren't interested in Zwift racing, then you might as well save a bit of money and go for the Elite Direto XR-T – for everything other than those two aspects it's really quite good - and the power numbers proved to be very reliable.
