On the website it’s announced that from October 10th 2022’ users with een active subscription to My E training can ride free of charge on all the Real Video races’ .
Although I have an active subscription I’ve been charged €17,99 for downloading a real video. ( Ventoux-Bedoin) While under the video itself the indicated price was 0,00€. Please explain anders refund!
