High resistance of my SUITO HT

Hi,
I have been using my HT last few months with Zwift, without any major issue (except sometimes no more Bluetooth connection with Zwift application...)
Since few days it has become impossible to use the HT as the resistance became very high.
I tried to recalibrate through Zwift but no chance as it required to speed up minimum 30 kph as I cannot go over 14 kph !!!
For information, the HT has been purchased end of October 2020.
Please let me know the procedure to solve this issue

Elite Customer Support contacted me but unfortunately the procedure they sent me did not work and an electronic card has to be changed
Hope we can quickly solve the issue...
