My Elite Direto has been working nicely until today. I tried to use it with Traineroad app as usually. I can see that My trainer is connected to the app and as always I could choose Ant+ or bluetooth connection. The problem is that I dont get any power readings or cadence information to the app. Also I am not able to make calibration. It feels like Trainer is not sending data to the app.
Strange thing is that if I change between ERG mode and Reaistance mode, I can hear my trainer making this noise of changing between modes.
Also I connected my Garmin Edge 530 with the trainer. I can find it and connect it. When pedalling, no information is revieved to Garmin. Again, when I adjust resistance in Garmin from 10% to 80% I can feel it inmediately while pedalling.
So as it looks to me, training apps and Garmin are not recieving data from trainer, but they are connected.
How to solve it? I have disconnected trainer several times, I have disconnected BT and only tried to use Ant+ connection, but no success. Can you please help to fix it?
