Elite Pealing Analysis

Hi,
I bought the Pedaling Analysis and it worked the first days.
But now, there ist no graphic anymore. When i start the pedaling analysis it shows only my heartrate, but no power or cadence. In other parts of the e training software it shows all, the heartrate, cadence power etc.
What is wrong? Do i have to give in the code for the software a second time (if yes, where)?
